AM Range


  • The magnetic driven pumps AM range have been developed on the base of the TM range to better meet to the actual and future demands of the market.

    They are centrifugal horizontal axle, close coupled pumps entirely realized with reinforced thermoplastic polymers, with no metallic component in contact with the pumped liquid: material combinations for the best performances with the result of 'small chemical pumps'. One execution allows the pump to accept the accidental dry running operation.

ROUTE (TMR) Range


  • HERMETIC PUMPS - The magnetic driven pumps are defined as "hermetic" because of the exclusion of any rotating component of seal.
    The only necessity of seal between the volute casing and the back casing is guaranteed from a static gasket: O-ring type.
  • FOR ALL THE CHEMICALS - You can pump all chemicals at low and medium temperatures with all the bodies in GFR-PP (glass fibre reinforced polypropylene) or CFF-E-CTFE (Etylene-Chloro TrifluoroEtylene carbon fibres filled).
    - WITH SOLIDS ; The different internal configurations of the materials allow to pump both clean fluids and mediums with solids in suspensions or moderately abrasive.
    - AND HEAVY; Strong magnetic coupling made up of rare-earth materials (Neodimio Ferro Boro) and standard or powered versions allows to pump also at max. flow of liquids with low (1.1~1.4) or high (1.4~1.9) specific gravity.
  • DRY RUNNING OPERATION - dry running for all the models with guide bushings in Carbon HD is guaranteed without damage thanks to the "two axial directions self-alignment" system.
  • CENTRIFUGAL IMPELLER PROPERLY BALANCED - Thanks to particular hydraulic and structural changes, the impeller is effectively balanced in order to reduce the assistance for maintenance.
  • APPLICATION OF INDIPENDENT MOTOR - The motor can be installed and removed easily without dismantling or opening the volute casing. Standard motors are IEC or NEMA.
  • POSSILBLE ROTATION OF VOLUTE CASING - Various shifts of the volute casing can be obtained thanks to rotation. These make easier the joint of the outlet connection of the pump with the tube of the plant.
  • VARIOUS TYPOLOGIES OF CONNECTIONS - Connections with BSP cylindrical thread or NPT; flanges ISO, ANSI, JIS.
  • DRAIN OF THE VOLUTE CASING - There is connection for emptying volute casing from the liquid.

FRONTIERA (TMF) Range


  • Centrifugal chemical pumps moulded in pure thermoplastic material, with many applications for pumping chemical fluids. Innovation thanks to stainless steels reinforcement in the pump body has been introduced. The stainless steel is also used for the coupling and the base plate all according the ISO norms.

    The material employed and the external structures are identical for the whole project Frontiera, but what is different is the inside solutions and the type of motor connection. The pumps can be magnetic driven or with mechanical seal. The motor connection to the pump can be realized trought elastic coupling (to allow the back pull out execution) or with a close-coupled connection.

TMF

  • Same hydraulic parts of the preceding range but in close coupled execution with the electric motor normalized connected directly to the pump support.
